While the food was surprisingly good, this was not easy to make. I cheated and used canned pumpkin. I recommend a can of Libby’s and a HUGE pot in which to cook the raviolis. The more the water and space the better. Don’t keep them in there long either. They break. Not sure if it was worth it but they were flavorful and rich. I also recommend sauteed green beans as a side dish.
